Dreams Royal Beach - Punta Cana
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Punta Cana, where I soaked up the sun on stunning beaches and enjoyed the luxurious resorts. I stayed at Dreams Royal Beach in the Preferred Section, and I highly suggest the upgrade—it gives you access to exclusive lounges, restaurants, and pools. The resort also offers a variety of activities like paddle boats on a lagoon, beach BBQs, and more, ensuring there’s always something fun to do. Plus, it's pet-friendly, which is perfect for clients traveling with their furry companions!
While the trip was amazing overall, visiting outside of hurricane season is best due to the high humidity and potential flight disruptions.
A special highlight was the Delta VIP lounge at Punta Cana Airport, complete with its own pool—perfect for relaxing while watching the planes take off. Speaking of the airport, if it’s busy, paying the $20 for the VIP check-in process at Terminal B before security is worth it. The staff handles all the paperwork, and after showing your boarding pass and passport, you can skip straight to the scanners, breeze through immigration, and find yourself in the duty-free shop in no time.
If you’re looking for a tropical escape, Punta Cana is a must!
